"This program requires..." Help?

Question

When I try to look at certain media files and when I try to use them with a movie editor, I get this message: This program requires file advrcntr2.dll which is not on this system. What is this and how can I make it stop? It's annoying and it freezes my programs up sometimes!

Your system is missing the advrcntr2.dll

You need to download the missing file, then install it. See the link below for downloading.
