True, the Chargers had better numbers. However, mental mistakes such as the 15 yard penalty, the challenge that inadvertenly used a time out that could've helped the Chargers take one more stab at making it closer for Naeding to hit a field goal, L.T getting only 9 touches in the second half, all combining as a Charger meltdown. Tom Brady and Billicheck again worked through the turnovers, and given the opportunity flourished.

This is completely false and ridiculous for that matter. If you SHOULD have won it then you would have. You made too many errors that we capitalized on and we have the superior QB, Coach and TEAm for that matter.

You guys focus on individual accolades, MVP's and pro bowls and all that, we'll just keep winning Super Bowls as a TEAM. That's what wins champoinships period, and nothing else matters.

We won, we deserved to win bottom line and were going to win it all again!! And next time don't dish out anything you can't take. Lose like a man with some dignity for god sakes!

False You were outcoached and outplayed, You have
nothing except L. T. Rivers stinks your receivers need
more passing drills 101 Do you think they knew it was a
playoff game??
They sure never showed up, This you
blame the coach. New England came to play pure and simple.
on paper New England didn't have a chance , but the game is not played on paper but on a football field.

FALSE. If they'd of lost to any other team I would've said the "choked" But they lost to The PATRIOTS. New England is a very, very, good post-season team that happens to have a great coach and Tom Brady on their sideline. Didn't you just have that gut feeling that as long as The Patriots stayed close they'd find a way to win it? Great post-season teams like the Patriots find ways to win.

true but they didn't. and whose fault is that? schottenheimer on wasting that timeout on a clear fumble. so blame him. person who roots for the patriots (me) says that it's not that the chargers aren't good. but brady has a good 2 minute offense that knows how to work with him. he is very efficient when is comes down to crunch time so he won the game. now for the colts game he just needs to find his rhythm. that's all. he is undoubtly one of the QB's that will be remembered just for the fact that he has 3 superbowl wins.

False. Should've, could've, would've...but they didn't. Patriots committed a lot of mistakes but Chargers never took advantage of them. And God! those calls by Marty (what the hell was he thinking about?).
