how to know if your computer has intergrated wireless technology?

where do i check if my computer is able to connect to wifi and how do i connect? i'm clueless. it's a dell inspiron b120

If it doesn't show up in the Network Connections you can always by an external wireless card. Just take your laptop into the store with you.

Click on the Start Menu, then go to Control Panel, then go to Network Connections.

If you see an icon that says "Wireless Network Connection", then your laptop has a wireless card.

If you only see "Local Area Connection", then you probably don't have a built in wireless card.
