I have to say a speech, in front of 24-28 people, and I have to say a memorized speech.. how do I not get so nervous? I will not have any props, just me, and me.... AHHH

there is no way and that image everyone in there under wear thing does not work i think if u r nervous it will help u more throughout your speech or look at the top of every ones head so the person behind thinks that u r looking at them put your not and don't 4 get 2 smile 2

practice practice practice. if you could get some friends together, you should practice your speech in front of them several times. memorize your speech really well so you don't freak out and forget
