take it out in a journal or something. then u wont hurt anyone and u can swear all u want. or yell at a pillow in solitary where no one can hear u. if ur mad enuff, go talk to the person... but it wont help cuz hello?! they probs like someone else and thats why ur jellin

my boyfriend does the whole "silent treatment" crap.
i hate it so much when he does that and then when i try to talk to him he acts really stubbern about it and says mean stuff.
we always make up though in the same day haha
