UNcarbonated sprite (just let it sit and it will become uncarbonated)

***Some of the things I have listed are related to the treatment of nausea and /or vomiting---I do not know if the nausea is due to a headache, motion sickness, morning sickness, or food poisoning--but I hope this answer helps.
1. Warm, diluted, non-citrus fruit juices with sugar (sugar helps absorption).
2. Bed Rest
3. Avoid alcohol, fatty foods, seasoned foods, caffeine, and smoking.
4. When ready to eat start with small amounts of soft foods such as bread, unbuttered toast, steamed fish, or bananas.
5. Vomiting.
6. Pepto-Bismol.
7. Cold compress on your head.
8. Gatorade.
***Just in case the nausea is caused by morning sickness --- a few more things you can do---
1. Eat a few low-sodium crackers as soon as you wake up--and before you get out of bed.
2. Eat small frequent meals as hunger pangs bring on the feelings of nausea.
3. Don't eat and drink at the same time.
4. Drink at least 8 glasses of fluid a day.
5. Certain odors can trigger the feelings of nausea so pay attention to what these triggers are and avoid them.
6. Avoid sudden movement.
7. Take vitamin B6 but do not exceed 25 milligrams per day of this vitamin.

Just take note:
There are at least 25 different diseases that could cause chronic nausea. If your nausea just doesn't go away in a day or two, it's a good idea to see your doctor.

Have some ginger ale. It usually helps settle your stomach. Then rest on a bed or sofa with the tv and computer of(you know complete silence). Maybe cool down your head a bit. After some sleep youll be feeling better.

Cut a lemon in half. Dust it with salt. Suck on both halves, one at a time until they are dried out.
That helps nausea.

Ginger Tea is best. Also try a very warm bath.
Naturally, try not to move about too much. Hope whoever needs this advice feels well soon.

Ginger. I use ginger capsules. The reason ginger ale calms upset stomachs is because of the ginger content. You can buy it in tea form, too, but I prefer capsules. Good for morning sickness, too!
