because you are too weak willed to stand up and face any 'music' that may be coming in the near future, Think about other people instead of yourself.
After you have done the deed what about the poor sod who has to clean up. My brother shot himself and I was the muggins who had to scrub down the bedroom later, ceiling, walls and floor, If there was one thing he made a good job of doing it was getting the blood and snot everywhere... I even had to get out a plane and take shavings off the wooden floor. His last totally selfish act

You have confused the musings of the ego for the purpose of being.

We only need to treat our memories as life experiences, not debilitating thoughts.

We can quiet those thoughts by becoming aware of them and discovering that we don't need to be controlled by them.

We can choose to exist at a higher level of consciousness where all contentment and joy is in the present.
