If you are thinking of disputing 'all black marks' on your report, I am betting most of them are accurate. Accurate negative information can stay on your report for 7 years even if you dispute it. Knowingly disputing accurate information is called fraud.

They don't clear you. They report that you have items in dispute. You still have a negative report. It does not change your credit score.

No, they have a month to investigate your allegations and either provide validation of the accuracy of the information or remove it from your record. There is no automatic removal.
