On your back, side or stomach?

I sleep on my left side, but I find that I get pains in the right corner of my upper back throughout the day.

I sleep on my back with my head turned to the right, sometimes I move to the side too and wrap myself up in the blankets. Seems to work for me :-)

Sleeping on your left side is better because it keeps your blood pressure down....

in a bed ha ha just kidding i usually sleep on my stomach with a body pillow between my legs..

On a proper bed that won't throw your spine out of alignment when you lay down.

On your side. If you have pains in the morning...the problem is probably your matress.
