Pierce is a much better shooter than Jamison. So, it depends on what stats you need help in. If you need help in Scoring, get Pierce and Bosh. If you need Blocks, assists, reb...., then keep O'Neal and Jamison

Both Pierce and Bosh are guys that you can see someone picking up at the end of the 1st round (or top of 2nd round).
