Does anyone know if once you put your pokemon on Diamond or Pearl, if you can get it back on your game boy advance Pokemon?

Yes, you'll be able to however, the pokemon you trade to the gameboy advance games can't have any new moves that didn't exist in those games or new pokemon that didn't exist prior to Emerald, Ruby, Sapphire, Leaf green and Fire red.

No, you can't get them back. Once they're sent to Diamond/Pearl, it's there forever. They can't go back to the Gameboy Advanced games.
