I did turn off the pop up blocker on my browser setting. Nothing seems to work. Suggestions????

If you have a security program running make sure that it is off on that as well. Check in your menu. It will appear when you turn on your computer and it has different settings like child blocking, automatic form filler, fraud protection and pop up blocker etc.
Just make sure that is off because I had a problem with it as well.

I think u need a browser cleaner...for removing the past settings..

Did you try pulling out the upper bar underneath the address bar? There is probably one hidden that lets you turn it off and on.
