I am 37 weeks and I started having REALLY bad backache, I can't sleep, I can't sit, I can't do anything. I tried recomended excersice, but no succes. I had a tylenol this morning and it helped me for couple hours, but I am not sure whether or not can I have another one before I go to bed tonight?

I was told not to have any more than 1000 mg per day. But I would double check with your doctor. They may have something else you can take besides tylenol that would work. Good luck.

Tylenol is not harmful during pregnancy as long as you don't exceed the recommended dosage. 37 weeks along and bad headaches? I would have that looked into further. It is a warning sign that you could be getting preeclampsia, toxemia, or hypertension. It could also mean low blood sugar.
