I think it's just saying that there's something on the USA channel for everyone. Weird or not.

With Monk, Psych, The Dead Zone, and other unique shows on USA network, that was their catch phrase, which means that at least their characters are different than the ordinary ones that you could transplant from one comedy or drama to the next.
