well, when it hits the back of the fan it sprays whatever the stuff is all over the place. The term "when **** hits the fan" is never a good one.

Didn't you see the movie Airplane? When "it" hits the fan, it flies all over the place. You don't have to care, but you will if you ever get sprayed.
