You would have to check the city, county or state in which the person resides. And whether that police report constituted a felony or a misdemeanor.

I know with Wisconsin you can just go to Google and do a search for the circuit court website and go from there. Might work with other states too.

There will be options for running backgroud checks for a certain $$. It is totally legal and legit.

I was able to pull up an arrest my ex had on his record that he didn't disclose in our custody hearing. Intelius is acurrate and only cost me $39

Reports are not on the web. Some convictions are but not just initial reports.
