Using conservation of momentum, and SE as positive. Note that NW is negative

(340+260)*12=
260*(-9)+340*v

9540/340=v
v=28m/s SE

(340+260)*12=260*(-9)+340*(x)

x=(7200+2340)/340=28.058km/h southeast.
