i actually like my braces on some people it looks bad but on me i have only had them for like 3 months now and my teeth are all straight so they don't look bad and i get nice colours i also have lots of guys that like me so i guessbraces aren't ugly because now a days just about everybody has them so if you think they are ugly then you'll think the person you like is ugly if they have them.

No, I dont think braces are ugly (unless you don't brush and have food stuck in them...ewww). Because think of how beautiful your teeth will be later. And you have to remember that tons of peope have braces, both young and old.
I had them when I was 13, got them off at 14. My brother is 22 and he just got braces and he won't get his off until he's 24 or 25. Ouch.
It won't be that bad, just think of the end result and trust me, its worth it.

i do not really like braces, or the thought of having them, but on some people, braces look fine, and they actually add to their facial features a little bit more, kind of as an extra- but on others, sometimes they make their teeth look extremely big, or Way too Little and full of metal in their mouth. it all depends on what that person looks like and even how they care for their braces hygienically. they aren't that bad, all in all though. most of my friends have them, and they look fine with them and don't even care about having them- braces make you have straight teeth anyways, so who really cares!

No, braces aren't ugly. I have them, personally I hate them, but they are not ugly and if you have them and you're worried about how you look with them or will look with them, just think how good you'll look after you get them off.

My honest opinion is, yeah, they are kind of ugly.
I had them for about five years, and I was so glad to get them off!
But the end result was really nice, so I can't complain to much.
And I have seen a few people that they looked good on, so it all depends on the person.

No, they're not ugly. They're just there. And then someday they'll be gone. :)
I always wanted braces when I was kid. Not sure why. I guess I thought they looked cool. :)

I don't really know. But, in my opinion after the weeks with the braces... you'll come out with PERFECT TEETH!

Not usually...and sometimes we must compromise a little of our beauty so that we'll look better later on anyway.
When I was younger I used to wish I had some because I thought they were just THE THING.
