I used to use a website called Audiostore.ru where you could download each song for as low as 15 cents a track. Don't use that website because they got rid of the American music. If you want MP3 quality music for les money then use Napster. You can set up an account with them for $14.99/month. Don't use iTunes because they charge 99 cents per download. If you don't feel like paying anything, you can listen to AOL radio and record the music that plays onto Sound Recorder. I don't recommend it though.
