There's always the chance. The number of times makes no difference. Pulling out isn't very effective, there is precum and the like. And what you are doing with ovulation is called "family planning" and its known to create pregnancies because its not fail proof. If this was in the past 3 days and you do not want to be pregnant I would think about the plan B pill which you can get from your ONGYN (some states sell it over the counter) otherwise I would wait and take a pregnancy test if you don't get your period.

Heck yeah! If you don't want to get pregnant pulling out is not 100% effective. Serm can still be on his penis from when he first came. And 3-5 days before your ovulate is when you're most fertile. And if you and he are under 30, then you have a high chance of becoming pregnant because you're young and your bodies are in their prime for making babies.

Of course you can. Sex without protection is always a risk for getting pregnant. Even with protection it can happen. I was on birth control and Igot pregnant. Anything is possible.

Yep, it is definitely possible. Since the exact day of ovulation is hard to define, and the man's sperm can live inside the vagina/uterus/fallopian tubes for 3-5 days, it is certainly possible. Not real probable, but certainly possible.

Definitely. Pre-ejaculate can have sperm too so pulling out doesn't prevent anything. Sperm can also stay alive inside you. I would try not to worry though.. and just wait until your period and if its more than 5 days late buy a test. Good luck!
