not so much exciting as it is reassuring. they want to know that they are normal and are like everybody else. they also beleive that it makes them more grown up than their friends and they get really stuck up about it and act like biatches.

There are some girls that don't want to get their periods because of bleeding and pain and other reasons, and others get excited because after they get their period some get more mature, and its a path to women hood

1. getting your period.... you're not a woman! You just now have blood exiting you! Is that so hard to undertsand? 2. Havin your period is horrible.... you have to deal with cramps, stained underwear, and messy pads. 3. I guess it's because they can finally relate to the "Kotex" ads and their older cousins and their mother. I guess they are just sooo excited because assured, they will have something "grown-up" to care about for a "like, total WHOLE week! yaayyyy!"

i've got purely have been given my era approximately 6 months in the past even in spite of the undeniable fact that i'm very almost sixteen. notwithstanding if I have no era pains in besides. i assume that's sturdy because of the fact i don't might desire to go through the ache (from what others say) notwithstanding if I on no account know while i will get my era or notwithstanding if i've got already have been given it except i think 'moist' because of the fact i've got no variety of humorous feeling or discomfort... sorry if that variety into tmi...

If it is your first period...some girls get excited and some are scared...then...
Once you have had it every month, it is annoying...then...
if you are having sex on a regular basis....it is exciting to get your period becasue that usually means that YOU ARE NOT PREGGS!!

I agree with you. I hate getting my period it interupts my life. I think most youngs like when they get there first period because they think now they can have sex.

cuz dey r experiencin a new thing in their life and since all their friends have it they wanna be just like dem! i use to be one of those girls to be honest until i got my period.

Yes, they are. Especially when there are occasions and stuff like that to go to and outfits to wear, or events like swimming..Hmm...it just SUCKS.
