straight HONEST outright flattery about her appearance is always nice, but if you want to score some real points, try to flatter her with sincere compliments that relate to something she did correctly, or how she handled something smart.
Especially if she already is very pretty or beautiful, because thats the kind of stuff she hears all the time. Compliment her mind....and make it sincere, not phony.

To be honest, if its not heartfelt then its not worth saying.
Find something about her you really like and tell her about it and why you like it. It could be the say she smells, looks or even something about the person she is. It has to be personal, only something you have noticed.
I dated a guy once who loved my long hair. He told me one night over dinner, and he told me why he liked it. It really surprised me and to this day, I haven’t the heart to but my hair shorter.

You have to feel it from your heart then say what you feel. It's not in the words alone it is in the actions, emotions and feelings that bring it out of you. Anything from the heart deep and is special.............

Tell her you read her horoscope. As cheesey as it sounds, chicks dig that kind of thing. It neve hurts to tell her she's the most beautiful person you've seen.
