It's there a site or a media stream where I can connect to the NASA's radio dishes and listen to signals ?

You mean, to listen for extraterrestrial intelligence? Such as from the Arecibo telescope? No, these signals can not be "listened to", per se. They are analyzed by computers first, and are not broadcast over the internet.

I can't envision NASA allowing a direct live feed.

I used to run that SETI program on my computer at night, so I had poked around theire website from time to time (SETI's). I don't recall an option to "listen" to these signals either.

Cool question.

No specific site. You need an extremely good wireless network on your computer. It will pick it up, but you then need the info to log on.
