no. in one part of his speech he said "I have a dream that one day my four little children will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character." Even today people are still judged by their skin.

In some ways yes and in some ways no. Children of all the different colors and races and ethnicities can and are allowed by law to go to school together. But then again, it is guaranteed by the law. In the practices of everyday, students may go to school together but rarely do they sit at the table of brotherhood together, especially at the lunch hour when children often separate themselves by race. In some legal aspects MLK's dream has come to pass, but in everday practice it is failing in many ways. Children are still judged by the color of their skin everyday. As a preacher, Dr. King could probably tell people that in the Bible it tells us not to judge. Sadly, people still judge.
