Try changing the bedding you're using to another type. Make sure you keep your bunny's area super clean too. Dust build up in the cage is what your bunny could be allergic to.
Just to be on the safe side take it to the local vet to make sure it's ok.

Our rabbit was just sneezing, and we ignored it until one day he was just sitting all stupefied in his cage, unable to move or eat or recognize anyone. The sneezing stopped, but he never had a runny nose or discharge from the eyes. I'm not saying this will happen to yours, but if it is the same sort of infection, it will progress to the point his neurological senses are gone and where expensive treatment is the only possibility of helping, and may not even do the trick.
Be safe rather than sorry, we had to put Satin down because the treatment, which may not have saved him, would cost too much.

I would say the kitty is having an allergic reaction, but, a vet will be like a people-doctor and say it can be a fever or a virus,. then they will probably give her "Amoxy-drops" which is amoxicillan, like penicillin, in a way. They give this stuff out often, in case it is a bacterial infection. Of course we jknow there is no a cure for a cold, and an allergy will be.......anything in the house. Nobody is wearing any strong scents, are they? Pets have keen senses of smell, so you do want to make sure there is not an odor about you or anyone in the home. But, it is likely an allergy or cold. A kitten is more likely to not bounce back as fast as a big cat, so go to the vet if possible, if it continues.

it sounds like your bunny may have a cold or the bunny flu. I would seriously see a vet.

PLEASE HAVE A VET LOOK AT HIM. I HAD A CAT THAT SNEEZED OCCASIONALLY. THEN, ONE MORNING WHEN I GOT HOME FROM WORK, I NOTICED HIS BREATHING WAS VERY LABORED AND HE WAS BASICALLY GASPING FOR AIR. THE VET FOUND THAT HIS LUNGS WERE FLUID-FILLED AND HE NEEDED CRITICAL CARE IMMEDIATELY. LET ME TELL YOU, X-RAYS AND ULTRASOUNDS ON PETS ARE EXPENSIVE. AVOID EXPENSIVE VETERINARY CARE, SEE A VET RIGHT NOW.
