I heard douching can be dangerous? I've been doing it for the past 6 years :( could this of caused damage to me inside? I also read it could cause an ectopic pregnancy.... should I go to the docs?

do you know what, i worried about this for about 4 years!! i even got to the point where i couldn't sleep at night, i just wanted to get pregnant so i know that i could a few years ago! But 5 months ago i came off the pill and got pregnant within 1 week so please don't worry, never effected me!! (Although once i thought about the damage it could of caused i never done it again)

i do it very rarely since our vagina cleans out itself in most cases as for me when i do i do not use anything with perfumes i use the vinegar and water it's safer besides vinegar is known to tighten the vagina

i do not know if it will make you less fertile but i do know it is not good for you. it destroys the ph balance and makes it difficult for your body to clean itself naturally.
