Truly? nothing. It's mental. But in a civilized society, what we deserve is all stated within the boundaries of the law. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Respect is a natural implimentation within this of course. But you usually tend to get what you first give out. So move from that position of knowing and you should be ok.

How can we answer this question? We don't know what it is to truly not deserve in life, because they would be dead from not deserving life, and then they wouldn't have really lived, so there is no answer to this question.
