How good are you? Get yourself out there and be heard. Sing karaoke or any where there's a microphone. Make a demo in a trusted recording studio, audition at any opportunities for commercials or singing parts, find a good manager who knows the business and has some clients under his or her belt. And most of all if this is really, really your dream DON'T GIVE UP! Good luck and God Bless.

Professional musician is not really a very fulfilling lifestyle. Consider another career. Seriously.

look up on the web recording studios and send them a cd with you singing on it

Sing in the school choir, or church. Try Karaoke....most important, make a good demo.
