i just got a new phone from cingular. in the user guide, it tells me how to send photos to other cell phones, but people end up not getting the pics or get it and cant pull it up...my phone is a samsung. do i have to have it stated in my phone plan to use the camera sending features?

The only way I know of is to text msg someone sending the photo in the message. The other option is to send the photo to a computer and then to the other phone. If you do that try using bluetooth.

you need to let cingular know that you want picture messaging enabled. they are the only ones i know of that you actually need to tell them before they enable it for you.
