It seems like everytime i take off my underwear i have skid marks i mean i wipe my self good and when i sweat i get them too is this normal

buy and carry around with you disposable, flushable wipes. After you are done use one or two of those, you'll be surprised what you think you got, but really didn't... gross but true!!

use wet wipes toilet paper together with regular after a bowel movement.
Make sure your underwear isn't too tight.
Also you might want to trim back any extra hair you may have back there, maybe some remnants get hung up in there

No; it's not normal. I would learn to relax while you wipe. You may be so tightly clenched that you're missing those "nooks & crannies".
Also, maybe you should consider the colored underpants instead of white. Easier to clean.

Wash well. After you shower wipe w/ tissue paper or a whipey.

Maybe theyre too tight?? It could be the material making you sweat.

try using "baby wipes" in addition to tissue paper.

try washing the anal hole with warm water and soap until there is no anal remains on the washcloth. rinse thoroughly. this should solve the problem. it did/does for me.
