So is this a real song, if so what is it or is it just a commercial?

It's a song that Buddy Holly wrote in the 1950s and has been re-made by several artists including James Taylor.

I wanna say it was in the movie Stand By Me, but unsure. Its definitly by Buddy Holly and I believe its called "Everyday".

the three first answers are right "Everyday" by Buddy Holly and the remake which I like better by James taylor.
