Copy and paste. You legally can't use the circle with the 'r' as that means it is legally registered trademark at the US Patent and Trademark office. The TM, you can always use.

In HTML code you use:

& #0174;
or
& #0153;

Remove the space between the & and # above or it won't work... I had to put that space in so it would display as code instead of the symbol.

I'm not sure what you're asking, but I think you want to know how to
make this sign: ™ You can do that by typing & t r a d e ; (do not
include any of the spaces) and then clicking submit. Or if you just
want the sign to show up, copy & paste it.

go to your Character Map and find the TM symbol.
Start->all programs->accessories->system tools->character map

Then go to the font you're using, find the symbol and copy/paste it.

there is no specific html entity for TM... so you can kind of spoof it with TM
