when you were young, where did you hide things?

I had a few choice sites...underneath a loose board in my closet. Taped to the back of a drawer in my dresser. Inside my box spring, where I had carefully picked out an opening in the seam. Inside the lining of my jewellery box. (Although I used that one for little things I knew my sister would find. I didn't want her looking for the REALLY important stuff.)

And I feel I must state here that I never used these hiding places for illicit drugs or porn. They were strictly to keep my most personal writing and momentoes strictly private to myself. I had one sister and one brother who thought nothing of going through my things to learn private information that they would try to blackmail me with.

not much of a hiding place, but usually under my bed lol... i was young.

when i got older, i found some better places to hide them, like on top of a tall book shelf, i even had a friend who hid little stuff behind the plate on a light switch.

If it was small, in my shoes in the closet. Other prime hiding spots were: in the pantry behind the electric roaster my mother only used once a year, behind the books in my bookcase, and in my suitcase.

We were so poor, we didn't have anything to hide. If someone had broken into our little house, they certainly would have been disappointed! Thanks to a degree from a university, I no longer have to live that way. Higher education is the way to a better life.

I don't know exactly what you mean but , I did things that I was told not to and somes things like my cigarettes were hidden . Okay I reread the "q" and it was in a shoe box .

I hid things under my bed, on the top shelf in my closet and bookshelf. also under pillows and under things on the closet floor
