poetry analysis??

Question

Does anyone understand William Blake's poem "The Sick Rose"? And if so, could you provide it's meaning & literary devices used to portray them? Also, if possible, I have to somehow compare it to Julius Caesar in a way that reveals man's nature. Any takers? :\

only giving an answer for the points as if you people do not understand what subjects you are taking then why take them?
I write my own poetry and I understand it . try writing some of your own . It may help you understand the poem you are studying.
