this is a really good quesiton, i would say both. Other people make me really mad, just because we're not all the same, and everyone thinks differently, so people will do so many things that you're really against or just can't stand. Myself makes me mad because i always feel that i need to do my best, but i just can't, and i can't seem to meet other peoples expectations (cough cough..parents) and your body doesn't respond to your mind, or even the other way around. Sometimes, LIFE just makes me really mad.

Definitely myself. I have been enraging myself for over 50 years now and though I am still able to blame everyone else with consummate ease...I do know that really...I am this enormous dilemma...How do I hate myself and love myself at the same time?

My solution?...I wait until I am soooooo angry, then I take myself down the pub and ply myself with alcohol....and then I give myself a good talking to. Then I go home and watch Big Brother and almost immediately...I feel myself warm to myself.

At least I am not like that.

I think both make you angry because sometimes other people say bad things to you or sometimes you think someone is hurting you in the inside but you are actually hurting your self. If people make you angry, just ignore them because if you leave them alone they wouldn't bother you as much.

defintley yourself only you are in control, admit to yourself when you are angry let it happen and move on, there will always be people who will try to make you angry and life is to short to even bother with them.

Myself, why waste your time being angry at others. Unless of course they work under you, then you have the right. But even then, why bother?

Other people, because I have no control over someone else. t can be very frustrating when someone does something I don't agree with or if I think they are being completely rude, ignorant and disrespectful.

Other people definitely. I have a lot more tolerance and patience with myself than with other people, it's something I have to work on.
