1.The tenant built a new garage on the land which encroached the area belonging to someone else.
2.Erratic behaviour of a child sometimes is an indication of lack of love shown by the parents.

I think you mean "encroach", not enroach.

Swallowing his indignation, Hasterman was forced to grovel at the feet of his increasingly erratic teacher, his respect for whom was just slightly more than infinitesimal, and which threatened to encroach on his feelings of exaltation for good.
