The Sanchez's have a country house in Chinchon also...not sure what the line comes from but this is how I interpreted it.

Chinchón is a Spanish city that is in the Southeastern of the Community of Madrid so since it is a location it is not translated.

The Sanchez's must be a a familty that has a house in the country of Chinchon.
