omgggg get that cat to a vet, sounds like a tumor, it is in alot of pain

I have been sitting here for a few minutes now, reading and re-reading your question, trying to figure out what you are talking about. I mean, I have a fair idea, but what I can't figure is why you would stick your hand in where I am thinking.
That having been said, take the animal to a vet.

Look it might be a man(or pet) eating peresite. Take it to a vet, it's probably in a lot of pain. By the way please don't put your fist there anymore!

That is pretty sick if you already put your fist up in there....Maybe your cat is impacted??? The vet probably should look at it. . . soon.
