I will sit right beside him and talk on here and he reads my chats. I dont mind him reading them because i am always talking about him and my kids. But why is he so jealous of it? I dont understand why he can play on line and talk to others but i cant? Any advice would be great or just some encouragement will do.

He needs to get over himself. It's like he can't tolerate you having an independent thought of your own without him controlling it. Keep chatting if you enjoy it. He's the one with the prob, not you.

Are you certain that it's jealousy? Perhaps he is looking out for you to protect you from the predators who lurk here. Chats may commence innocent enough but if you develop a chat relationship with some people, it may turn to subjects previously taboo like sex, cybering, camming or even arranging real meets. Perhaps he reads your chats to ensure the privacy of your family is not compromised.
At the same time, I believe you should have access to his online activities so as to keep communication open and honest. It is too easy to be seduced by the anonymity of the Internet chat room and become addicted in order to play out repressed fantasies. This can seriously affect a partner's ability to maintain a healthy, strong and honest relationship.

You both should get off the dang internet, be together, and do family things with the kids. Chatting with strangers about your life, or playing online games is a massive waste of time. Surely the both of you have better things to do with yourselves, each other and your kids? And sorry, but if you're overweight at all, stop sitting there and start exercising together.

He seems to have jealousy issues. Also a lack of trust in you.
I can't understand that, considering, that he sits next to you while you chat online.
He seems to be a bit demanding too, doing what he wants, but not allowing you to do the same.
Seeing it doesn't bother you to much to have his oversight, as you aren't doing anything wrong here, I'd suggest just keep doing what you are doing now.
You might have a long talk with him, and ask him why, he's so insecure and about his lack of trust in you. Is he that afraid of losing you? He needs to think about what he is doing to you, and how it makes you feel.

sounds like he is just a control type person but that may be that he feels insecure in the relationship. On the other hand, if he controls the rest of your life as well, you may be in a bad relationship.
See if you can get into a group where he is welcome as well and get into the groups he talks with and see if that helps.
If he is controling all of your life in the same way, get counselling for the two of you, or just see a counselor yourself if he wont do that, and don't just let him control your life too much. a good relationship has to be two people working together and it doesn't sound like you have that, from what you said.

Why do you feel the need to internet chat? Maybe you two should start doing things together, instead of internet chatting with random people. It will make your marriage better.

Oh Girl..I deal with the same thing!! My husband seems almost jealous that I have this part of my life that he is really not a part of. That is the bottom line with him.... He doesn't have control over that factor of your life.

He is an insecure boy. Tell him he does the same thing. Well maybe not the same, he will probably tell you he is chatting with guys about games and you are chatting with guys about personal stuff.

If hecan do it so can you...also you should go and sit right by his side like glue when he is online...Men are jealous for no reason..I really think a lot of it is control.I would do it anyway,and if it comes to a fight then tell him ok but we both give it up not just Me.

Do like the rest of married women,work to pay bills,do the house chores,take care of babies,romance and make love to the husband. Tarrahh!! No jealous husband.
