Best prepaid phone and plan?

I dont care about the phone. i need a cheap phone with cheap minutes, i always go over on my normal cell. it needs to have pretty good service in the chicagoland area. so basicly i just want a prepaid phone that has cheap rates and ok to good service in chicago. thanks

ghetto metro???????????? pcs metro. we have one. It got great service in Sac, but crappy service in the Bay Area, so check out others who have pcs metro and ask about their signal strength.
