Am I blind or is New York's mother bald under that wig?

I'm not sure if she is bald but I definitely think that her hair piece is a weave or wig. New York's weave looks way better than her mother's that's for sure!

Her mother looks like a man half man half horse she is insane and New york I enjoied her on flavs show but sometimes shes a bit dramatical lol

I thought that too. She does seem to be completely bald from the fringe to half way.
