Has anyone NOT followed their gut with their relationships?

I feel like my guy is telling me that I dont love the guy I am with but I really do. I want to be with him for the rest of my life but for some reason I think I am making myself believe alll these thoughts in my head.....

Has anyone NOT followed their gut and ended up happy with that same person?

i followed my gut on just the oppsite after something bad took place in my marriage my gut said stick with it and i often wonder why i followed that feeling

Any time I didn't listen to my gut I got raked through the coals. Heart wrenching experiences.
