Mickie should keep it. WWE now has the tendency to not have anyone drop the title outside of a PPV match, much less drop it right after a PPV.
It would be good for them to do so decently often to keep the regular shows interesting, because if someone isn't going to drop a title on a regular show, then any title match held on RAW, SD, or ECW is rather pointless.

Mickie will most likely retain it tonight. It's rare that a title ever changes hands on RAW, Smackdown, or ECW these days. Watch out for the next PPV, however. Victoria is long overdue for another title reign.

Mickie will either pin Victoria or the match will get thrown out. Titles very rarely change on RAW.
