Actually they are usually safe. They may become a problem mainly if you are trying to get pregnant or grow to a large size. Even in the case of large fibroids, there are different ways to deal with them besides surgery. Surgery is an option - either removing the fibroid itself if future fertility is an issue, or hysterectomy if you are done having children. Medication is also an option. Fibroids grow on estrogen, so medications that block estrogen may cause them to shrink. Newer techniques for shrinking fibroids also exists, like cutting off the blood supply through embolization.

Fibroids are not fun to deal with, but they are rarely dangerous. They are a very common finding, and many women have them with no problem. A very, very small percent (less than 1%) may become malignant or have problems when they outgrow their blood supply. Most likely they won't cause you serious trouble.

In cases where there are no symptoms, treatment may not be necessary. However, proper diagnosis and treatment may be required if your symptoms are severe or causing complications. Along with conventional treatment, you can try some natural home remedies. Read here https://tr.im/uhddK
