What is the best type of portable heater: ceramic, radiant or forced air?

it would be for a bedroom about 12x12.

I love the forced air model I got at Sams Club. It heats up an entire room really well. And I can keep the house heat down and heat just the reoom I am in with it.

I have ceramic and radiant forced air, 1500 and 14oo watts respectively. It seems like the radiant forced air throws more heat farther.

Radiant with a fan.One that will cycle on and off.
