so for the past 5 days my bf and i have had all this crazy porn star sex (the only way i know how to describe it) and now today i have this lower back pain and my stomach muscles are sore. is it from the sex?

Sex in general is exercise, kind of like a nice jog. Crazy pron star sex for 5 days straight is like 5 days of tackle - football you're exerting your body and using muscle groups you don't typically use. This will definitely cause some soreness. Also, much like working out heavily for 5 straight days, it is important to keep hydrated with lots of water. If you are inefficiently hydrated, you can have sore muscles and stomach cramps.

If it was as vigorous as you infer, it probably is. I am guessing that you were using muscles that have not been used very intensely in awhile. Strange as it sounds, get down on the floor and do situps or crunches and keep working those muscles. It could be the beginning of firming up a bit in that area.
If after a few days of doing so, it still bothers you, you should see a chiropractor.

Sometimes while performing "crazy porn star sex" you can use mucles that you didn't even know you had. Like when you go skiing.
Maybe try stretching out a little bit before your next big sex bout.

It could be if youve been in positions that your not used too.Its like if you havnt exercised for a while and then you go for a jog,your whole body kills afterwards.
