I think so. In the comics, she doesn't have a baby fathered by Lex, so I doubt she'll have it in the show.
Lana has become a very depressing character. Time for Clark to start focusing on Lois!

You have to look at it fro the writers point of view... What do you think would make a better s/l Lona having the baby or losing the baby... I agree with you I think she will loose the baby...It would make a better s/l

I agree with you Sunflower. I hate Lana lang!!!She's a hypocritical crybaby!!! I wish they would kill her character off the show!!! It's time for Clark to move on with Chloe!!!(it's wishfull thinking,I know they will never hook up):-(

I know what you mean, she used to be so sweet and know she's just jerk-ish, i think she will have the baby, but Lex will get it, cuz u know there going to split up
