Will wearing a bra to bed keep my boobs from sagging as I age? And are there any bras made especially for sleeping in, perhaps that are supportive without an underwire, and comfy?

Nothing will prevent gravity from taking its course. Wear a good support bra during the day. That's about all you can do.

Wearing a bra to bed WILL NOT prevent the sagging of old age. You don't stand up while you sleep do you??? Gravity works for everyone the same...and THAT'S what you need to wear a bra for -- when you're upright.

If you absolutely CANNOT get through life without wearing a bra while you sleep, try something like this:

Don't wear the same 1 you wear during the day - those are supposed to be the hard working ones, actually keeping the "girls" up & ready to take on the world.
I agree - I like to wear the tanks with shelf bra - I figure some is better than none.

But in the end, gravity will win.

Gravity will take it's course regardless. But I tend to sleep in a bra that doesn't have an underwire or a sportsbra(it's soft and it keeps them in place).

YES WEARING A BRA AT NIGHT WILL HELP DEFER THE GRAVITY PROCESS, BUT WEARING THE RIGHT SIZE BRA DURING THE DAY WILL DO AN EVEN BETTER JOB. I LIKE VICTORIAS SECRET BRAS AN ASSOCIATE THERE WILL HELP YOU WITH A FITTING (VERY PROFESSIONAL), THEY HAVE UNLINED, WIRE AND WIRE LESS COMFY BRAS...MOST LIKELY IF AN UNDERWIRE IS UNCOMFORTABLE, ITS THE WRONG SIZE.

i never wear a bra to bed and you are not really supposed to. sometimes i wear a tank top with a built in bra because it's still supporting me but it's comfortable. you may also want to try just wearing a sports bra.

no there isn't any just for sleeping.u just wear the same kind of bra as u wear any other day.i don't know why.well i think u do that because if u're still living with your mom.in the morning your chest will be out (because they were sagging)and they'll be wondering what u were doing.or because if u have children and they sleep in the same bed as u they'll go telling everyone and IT WILL be annoying.
