Most UFO sightings turn out to be something else. For years there were loads of reported sightings of UFO's around the west coast of Scotland but it transpired that most, if not all, of these were prototype planes flying from the US air base at Machrihanish.
If there really was a UFO then report it to any local UFO club (do a web search). Airports keep logs of all such sightings whether from pilots or the public or you can contact one of the observatories such as the ones in Edinburgh or Eskdalemuir.
The Daily Record is always up for a story about UFO sightings so you could contact them (in Glasgow).

solid that you've had a wise reply with a range for reporting. do not let the skeptics placed you off, i have considered dozens commonly with others there, the perfect changed into the size of a city. you're been fortunate to be certain one. As when you imagine sightings are visions of insane minds, genuine insanity is ultimate your eyes at the same time as a wolf strategies. human beings are telling you there's a wolf about, the very least you should do is open your eyes and be sure.

Yeah we're in Scotland? There have been so many sightings up North Scotland its unbelievable. Try Nasa? I'm not to sure, maybe you don't need to report it. Try your local mp to see if he/she can point you in the right direction.

Next time stay off the Buckfast, take pictures of it and make sure somebody else sees it so you have an independent witness.
Chances are it was a plane, hot air balloon, satellite, meteorite, weather balloon. If not then you have a great story to sell to the Daily Record.
