rts itself into my body 7 years before I die......just b4 I get pregnant with my second child...he of course exists now.....so would his conception be safe even if I knew that I had to concieve him. Does the fact that he exists now prevent me from doing anything that would prevent him being concieved?

Yes -there is nothing you can do will change the past in any way at all ... proof = the past has never been changed...
